How can I manage my subscription?

When you first purchase a subscription box, you will be sent an email prompting you to make an account with us if you do not already have one. 

Once you have an account, you can login and click "Manage Subscription." Here, you will be able to skip a box, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription.

*You must make any changes to your subscription before the 7th of the month the box ships in the case of Self-Care Boxes and the 7th of each month for Monthly Tastes Boxes. Boxes ship on the 15th of the month or next business day.

Shipping and billing information:

Orders placed before the 14th will be shipped on the 15th or next business day. Orders placed after will be shipped on the date the subscription was established or next business day.

Please make any changes to your subscription by the 8th of each month.

 

Can I return my box for a refund?

If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, you may do so before the 7th of each month. If the box has already been shipped we cannot offer a refund. 

What do I do if there are damaged or missing items in my order?

Please send us an email with a picture of the issue to info@obstinatetastes.com. We will do everything we can to make it right.

Are all the beverages in the boxes and store non-alcoholic?

All of our products products are considered non-alcoholic (USA), which means they contain less than 0.5% alcohol-by-volume. We recognize that consuming non-alcoholic beverages is a personal preference, so if you need to stick with 0.0%, please read the labels of the products. If you have concerns about this relating to your health, please contact your doctor.

Do I have to be sober to enjoy the boxes?

Our boxes are for everyone, whether you are totally alcohol-free or drink, and we believe that everyone will enjoy our boxes and products no matter their relationship with alcohol.

Do you have 0.0% options and how do I know what they are?

Yes! While all of our products are alcohol-free, we understand that each person may have different needs, and some need 0.0% options. We have many 0.0% options. You can use the search bar and search "0.0" and any items that do not meet this criteria will be filtered out. Each product's description lists its ABV percentage. We hope this helps.

Can Hemp beverages be delivered to my state?

Customers are responsible for knowing the hemp laws of their state.
